Details
Dan Roe was another non-breeder purchased for his massive, exceptionally fine fleece. What he lacks in testicle (he has only one), he makes up for in sweetness and a massive twelve pounds in wool. His previous owner said he was run up behind her, and after she prepared herself for him to ram like a ram, she realized he just wanted to join her. That’s Dan Roe! He is a giant lovebug who follows me around. When he joined the Icelandic and llama boys in their pasture, they were instant friends. Mousse even has him trained to beg for more hay after only four days on the farm! Thank you, Tawanda Farms in Montague, CA for this sweet guy!
His 2018 fleece won 2nd place in the Nevada County Fair! Judge's remarks include: "Beautiful color, beautiful locks, strong, good staple length."
He was a leap year lamb, born on February 29th 2015!
We lost our boy sometime early 2022
